websphere started from a simple observation: the fastest-moving AI labs were spending more time sourcing and screening specialist talent than actually shipping. Domain experts in law, medicine, finance, and research were sitting on exactly the knowledge frontier AI teams needed — RLHF annotation, evaluation design, red-teaming — but had no efficient way to find that work.
We built websphere to close that gap with AI itself: semantic matching that ranks candidates with explainable fit scores, async screening that respects everyone's time, and automated payouts so experts get paid the day they deliver.
What we believe
